Incoming Goods Quality Control

The quality, price, and delivery time of electronic components determine the quality, cost, and production cycle of the final product. These factors, in turn, depend on the suppliers. Therefore, suppliers are the foundation of our products. We must strictly control product quality and cultivate our suppliers into component manufacturing bases.
The Production Quality Assurance Department is responsible for inspecting everything from raw materials to semi-finished and finished water pump parts. We strictly control water pump quality, adhering to the "Incoming Goods Inspection Procedure" through inspection, measurement, and observation, and providing quality certification documents. After completing the "Incoming Goods Inspection Record," the pumps can be put into storage and used.

Production Quality Control

Our IPQC process control controls assembly and testing processes to reduce defects and document how defects should be handled. IPQC's specific tasks include:
• Inspecting assembly and processing materials according to customer standards.
• Conducting inspections during assembly.
• Ensuring consistency of process settings.
• Utilizing statistical control techniques to observe significant deviations.
• Auditing during execution to ensure process compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.

Outgoing Quality Assurance

Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) checks finished products before shipment to ensure our goods are defect-free. Extensive redundancy is implemented with IQC and IPOC to ensure the effectiveness of previous processes. Specific OQA tasks include:
• Conducting visual and functional inspections.
• Using sampling or 100% inspection.
• Conducting reliability testing.
• Submitting failure analysis reports and alerting engineering personnel.

The Production Quality Assurance Department is responsible for controlling non-conforming products and inspecting raw materials. During the inspection of semi-finished and finished products, if non-conforming products are found, the production and quality assurance departments promptly investigate the causes, analyze them, and propose corresponding corrective and preventative measures to prevent similar problems from recurring.
