Can you manufacture products with different voltages and frequencies?

Domestic products are available in 50Hz frequency and 220V and 380V voltage options.

Where can I find the pump's serial number?

The serial number is laser-printed in the middle of the motor body.


Can submersible pumps and motors operate horizontally?

Our submersible motors are not suitable for horizontal installation.


If there is an oil leak in the well or the motor breaks down, will the oil contaminate the water?

The water pump uses food-grade machine oil and will not contaminate the water source in the well.


Can a submersible pump run dry?

No. Running a water pump dry will cause it to overheat, which will severely damage the pump over time and shorten its lifespan.


Can a submersible pump run continuously?

A submersible pump that runs continuously is more prone to burnout than one that runs intermittently.


Can a water pump freeze and be damaged?

Yes. If water inside the pump freezes, it can cause the volute casing to crack and damage the shaft and bearing assemblies. It is recommended to completely drain the water system from the pump and tank during cold weather. If the pump has already frozen, check its components for damage before using it again.

The selection of submersible pumps should be based on a comprehensive assessment of the actual usage scenario. Before purchasing, please be sure to verify all parameters and specifications to ensure that the equipment performance and operating parameters are accurately matched with the on-site usage requirements, thereby ensuring stable operation of the equipment and achieving the best performance.

Quality Management

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for raw material inspection and non-conforming product control. If defective products are detected during the inspection of semi-finished and finished products, the production and quality assurance departments will jointly conduct source tracing analysis, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and prevent the problem from recurring.
